very worst experience the pouch was totally damaged

This card case arrived looking great – perfect size and beautiful design. However, upon closer inspection, the leather was peeling, indicating a quality issue. While I loved the aesthetic and practicality, the damage necessitated a return. It's a shame, as the initial impression was very positive.
