They let you order our of stock items
I ordered alot and only some of my order came. Then when I called the rep told me to just call back because she had no info. When I called back the next rep told me that the second part of my order never shipped. Because some of the things I wanted were out of stock. They were just going to keep my money and not ship my items. Horrible. The rep wanted me to reorder the items and pay and I wouldn't get a refund on the original until 5 days later 🙃 Horrible
