I always buy my leggings from VS. these seemed cool since they had a flared leg. They fit well and look nice but there are a couple things to note. The material is different, more like a bathing suit. The bottom edge has no seem. Feels a little unfinished

The fit is perfect for me. I got a small 32" I'm around 5' 6.5" and the length is perfect. They are also super soft and almost have a silky feel to them.
