I absolutely love this skirt :). Im 5’7 ~118 pounds, and I bought a small (and it was a true to size fit). It isnt too short. This skirt is good quality (more than 50% of it is made with cotton, and you can def tell.) The design in the back with the fold over is super pretty. The sale is great, and its worth getting.
